All in clean red cloth with tight hinges, none of the torn hinges that are so common with these titles. All the books are in very good or better condition, all are in dust jackets in very good or better condition. The signature is identical to the only authentic "Jerry West" signature by Svenson I could find, and also matches well with the facsimile signature on the foreword of The Sea Turtle Mystery. Svenson rarely signed any of his books and to find his signature on a Hollister book is rare indeed. The set includes a copy of The Happy Hollisters (first book in the series) inscribed by the author with his pen name Jerry West and dated 1966.
